Based on true events, Alex writes a heartfelt letter home to his parents, reminiscing on the night before he was conscripted into the airforce, to experience the terrifying power of the Atomic Bomb.
With the 80th anniversary of Hiroshima and Nagasaki this year, and the Nuclear Arms Race as heightened now as the end of the Cold War, this film reflects on a true story of a soldier that suffered first hand to Atomic Weapons Testing. The stories of those impacted by the production and testing of these weapons has been kept closely guarded by governments for decades. Now, it is more important than ever that these stories are told, as a fight against injustice, and a warning for future generations.
